KRA - Key Result Area
Key Result Area are the quantitative and qualitative items that defines the goals of an individual or a department based on some particular areas assigned to them. There may be one or more areas assigned to each individual or department on which they are evaluated. This data is also used as an appraisal tool as it shows the overall performance of an entity. Setting a specific goal has resulted in improving the sefficiency of an organization.
